Professor Niu, former dean of the School of Nursing of Zhengzhou University, served as the dean, and Associate Professor Chang Guimei, former director of pediatrics of Henan Medical University, served as the vice president. We have a team of teachers with good ideological quality, dedication, rich teaching experience and high academic level. Some professors and experts are the leaders of nursing discipline in our province and enjoy a high reputation. Students can study face-to-face with top professors in this discipline at zero distance. Our college strives to create an international teaching environment, paying special attention to foreign languages. We employ foreign experts and foreign teachers to teach all the year round, and send excellent teachers to countries with leading nursing education for further study every year. Students can fully communicate with teachers inside and outside the classroom, and students can enjoy foreign language education without going abroad. Rich original books and periodicals, audio-visual materials and excellent English teaching environment make students' listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation abilities particularly outstanding. All these will lay a solid language foundation for foreign nursing students. The college has a teaching and research section for basic medicine, a teaching and research section for nursing specialty and a teaching and research section for humanistic nursing. At present, it has built an anatomy laboratory, a functional laboratory and a morphological laboratory with advanced equipment and standardized management, which can meet the needs of experimental teaching at undergraduate level. At the same time, the college also attaches great importance to the construction of practice teaching base, relying on the good teaching practice conditions provided by five affiliated hospitals of Zhengzhou University, which can better meet the needs of students' clinical teaching practice. The college is still under construction and development. On the basis of the original nursing laboratory, a new 15000m2 teaching building was built in the north campus. By then, a comprehensive laboratory with complete facilities and functions will be established, including human anatomy laboratory, tissue embryo laboratory, physiological laboratory, pharmacological laboratory, pathological laboratory, microbial immunity laboratory, basic laboratory of internal medicine, basic laboratory of surgery, gynecological nursing laboratory, pediatric nursing laboratory, demonstration classroom and simulated ward.
Students who complete their studies and meet the graduation requirements will be awarded graduation certificates and bachelor of science degree certificates by Zhengzhou University (the contents of graduation certificates and bachelor's degree certificates show "studying in XX major of Sias International College of Zhengzhou University"). In order to better encourage and help nursing students who are interested in studying abroad, the college has continuously increased foreign exchanges and cooperation, vigorously developed inter-school cooperation between China and foreign countries, and provided students with opportunities to study and work abroad based on the advantages of Sias Group of the United States.
