Test candidates' ability to understand the dialogues, conversations and short passages they listen to. The speaking speed of listening materials is 120 words per minute. The vocabulary is limited to 3400 words in the Glossary of Basic Requirements, and the communication content covers all the listening and speaking ranges listed in the Table of Basic Requirements.
