Two. Daxinganling Vocational College Introduction Daxinganling Vocational College is a public full-time comprehensive college approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government in 2002. It is one of the backbone higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province, the industrial talent training base in Daxing 'anling region, and the model of "civilized unit" in Heilongjiang Province.
