Liaoning University, referred to as "Liaoning University", is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It is a national "double first-class" construction university, a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university and a first-class university in Liaoning Province. Due to the need of development, the school decided to set up graduate department. The school has 330 full-time teachers/kloc-0, including 320 professors, 534 associate professors, 204 doctoral supervisors, 632 master supervisors, 72 experts enjoying special government allowance from the State Council, 4 Changjiang scholar distinguished professor, 4 double-employed academicians, 4 national special support programs for high-level talents (10,000-person program) and 2 "100-person program" of Chinese Academy of Sciences. There are 26 professional master's degree authorization points such as MBA (Master of Business Administration), JM (Master of Law), MPA (Master of Management), MF (Master of Finance), ME (Master of Engineering) and MFA (Master of Literature).
