In 2023, the enrollment of colleges and universities in Guangdong is progressing smoothly, and most colleges and universities have completed the enrollment plan. However, due to the imbalance of candidates' voluntary reporting, there are still vacancies in some colleges and professional programs. On May 25th, the Office of Guangdong Admissions Committee announced that in order to make more candidates have further opportunities to receive undergraduate education, the Provincial Admissions Office will organize unfinished enrollment plans to collect voluntary admission.

1. College graduates with household registration in Guangdong Province.

2. Graduates of Guangdong household registration colleges who have obtained nationally recognized qualifications before the deadline for registration confirmation.

3. Non-Guangdong hukou, recent college graduates in Guangdong Province and previous college graduates during the employment period (within two years of graduation, the same below).

4. Non-Guangdong household registration, fresh graduates and previous college graduates who took the high school graduation examination in Guangdong Province and were admitted to universities in other provinces.

5. To apply for vocational education teachers' major, you must meet one of the above conditions, and you must obtain the intermediate and above vocational qualification skill level certificate corresponding to the major before volunteering.

6. Those who apply for the category of retired soldiers must meet the corresponding registration conditions such as household registration and academic qualifications, enlist in the compulsory military service of college students in ordinary colleges and universities, and apply for it after completing their studies in higher vocational colleges (specialties).

7. Those who apply for filing a card must meet the corresponding registration conditions such as household registration and academic qualifications, and must register with the poverty alleviation management department at or above the provincial level.

The following persons are not allowed to apply for the exam

1. All kinds of higher education students except fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities;

2. Persons who have been suspended from taking the general college entrance examination due to violation of the provisions of the national education examination and are in the suspension period;

3 because of the violation of the criminal law by the relevant departments to take compulsory measures or is serving a sentence;

4. Other persons who do not meet the registration requirements.
