Yang, a coloratura soprano, lives in the United States and is an associate professor of vocal music at Shenzhen University. He studied under teacher Wang Xizhen, undergraduate tutor Professor Ying Tao, graduate tutor Professor Carol McAmis and doctoral tutor Professor Mary Stucky. As a closed disciple of doctoral tutor, he graduated from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (the sixth in American Conservatory of Music and the top three in vocal music), majoring in vocal music and minoring in opera director. Can skillfully use Italian, French, German, English, Japanese and other languages to sing songs. Successfully held more than ten solo concerts at home and abroad.
