Portland College of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (hereinafter referred to as Portland College of Nanyou) is a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school jointly organized by Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and approved by the Ministry of Education (the license number of the Ministry of Education is moe32Usa02dnr20191973N).

The college provides undergraduate, master's and doctoral education, and offers two undergraduate majors: communication engineering, electronic science and technology, as well as master's and doctoral education in communication and information systems. The enrollment majors are all under the "double first-class" discipline group in our school. In 20021year, the college enrolled undergraduates in Jiangsu province, and in 2022, the college enrolled postgraduates nationwide. In 2023, the college will recruit doctoral students for the whole country.
