Jin Ce University of Technology is a university in North Korea. Originally founded in 1948, formerly known as Pyongyang Institute of Technology, it was named after Jin Ce, the late commander-in-chief of the Korean People's Army, in 195 1 to commemorate his death in the Korean Liberation War and became Jin Ce Institute of Technology. 1998 upgraded to university.
