Based on the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing the Teaching Requirements of the Career Development and Employment Guidance Course for College Students in 2007 (Jiaogao Office [2007]No.), the Guidance on College Students' Career Planning and Employment Entrepreneurship fully considers the needs of college students' growth and development, self-education and employment guidance courses, and aims at the needs of college students who are about to enter the society and young people who have just entered the workplace. From the interpretation of knowledge, the application of tools, the understanding of the situation and the transformation of ideas to the guidance of practice, this paper expounds the basic theories, principles and methods of career planning step by step, and introduces the relevant knowledge of college students' job hunting and entrepreneurship.
