The publicity pointed out that according to the Higher Education Law, the Provisional Regulations on the Establishment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the Provisional Regulations on the Establishment of Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges and Universities and other relevant regulations, 40 colleges and universities declared by provincial people's governments were reviewed and approved by experts of the Seventh National College Establishment Review Committee.
