Freshman and sophomore learn the basics. The main courses are comprehensive English, oral English, listening, reading, grammar, writing and so on. In my junior year, I will be divided into majors, including general English, translation, business English and tourism English.

Beijing Institute of Technology (Zhuhai), founded in 2004, is an undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education (a graduate school has been established, directly under the Ministry). Taking Beijing Institute of Technology as the main body of running a school is an extension and expansion of Beijing Institute of Technology's school-running concept and resources, and an important part of Beijing Institute of Technology's development strategy. The college is located in Zhuhai Campus of Beijing Institute of Technology, Tangjiawan, Zhuhai High-tech Zone.
