Although our overall performance is not good, the competition focuses on participation. From the tree full of fruits, we know the importance of hard work. From the sweat-soaked sportswear, we learned that it is important to work hard, but we should know how to take care of ourselves in the competition. We see the collective strength and our own shortcomings. I believe we can accumulate experience and pay more sweat. We believe that one day, we will reach the peak of our ideal.

I learned a lot in this sports meeting, especially when watching others run 3000 meters. I realize that perseverance and self-confidence are so important. In the process of participating in the competition, I firmly believe that I can do it, but I don't know that sticking to the end is victory. Although the current situation is unfavorable to me, we always believe that what we pay is what we gain. Maybe they thought about giving up because it was too difficult to run, but they told themselves to give up and run to the finish line, so I stuck to the end with this perseverance. I am proud of what they have achieved with their perseverance and hard work.

Under the background of the transformation of China's higher education from elite education to mass education, universities should not only ensure the fairness and justice of education, but also adhere to the ideal of cultivating elites, so that our talents can truly adapt to the current fiercely competitive society, contribute to the country's participation in international competition and shoulder heavy responsibilities.

With the approach of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the appeal and influence brought by sports will be more clearly reflected, and it will also have more powerful educational value for young college students. Faced with this situation, university administrators should further understand the educational function of sports and the promotion of sports spirit to the cultural construction of colleges and universities, fully tap the humanistic ideas and cultural spirit contained in modern sports, make full use of them in the cultural construction of colleges and universities, and promote the cultivation of college students' sound personality and good social character.
