Before you can enter the ninth university, you must pass the exam for foreign students in Japan. There are two exams for international students in Japan in June and September every year, and there are no test sites in Chinese mainland. So if you want to go to University Nine, you must study Japanese at the Japanese Language School first, and then take the local exam for foreign students.
