Zhengzhou University Graduate School was established in 2004. The history of postgraduate education in Zhengzhou University can be traced back to 1978. 198 1 became the first batch of doctoral and master's degree awarding units in China. In recent years, great achievements have been made in degree and postgraduate education, which has entered the best development period in the history of Zhengzhou University and is also a peak university in Henan Province. On July 2, 2004, the Graduate School was approved by the People's Government of Henan Province. The graduate school has a comprehensive office.
