Pangu Association of Henan University was established in April, 20001. It is a school-level student association under the general branch of the School of Economics of Henan University, under the dual leadership of the general branch of the School of Economics of Henan University and Kaifeng Pangu Association, and assisted by the Federation of University Associations of Henan Province.

It takes Kaifeng Pangu, a unique flower in the Central Plains, and resolutely shoulders the heavy responsibility of "inheriting the long-standing culture of the motherland". Pangu lit a road fire on the university campus for the first time. As the only student Pangu Club in the national colleges and universities, at the beginning of its establishment, we organized and participated in many major school-level activities with the aim of "carrying forward the excellent national culture and showing our youthful vitality", which was well received by all faculty and students, especially students. Especially since 2004, we have adhered to the development strategy of "going out and bringing in" to make our team full of vitality. The highest body of this club is the Committee of the Whole, which is composed of all members. The Committee of the Whole can only be convened when more than two thirds of the members are present. Amendments to the Articles of Association or decisions on major issues must be attended by more than half of the members. The Committee of the Whole meets twice a year, namely, the meeting of new and old members and the general election meeting. Under special circumstances, it shall be convened by the board of directors.

The functions and powers of the Committee of the Whole include: formulating and amending the articles of association; Election and recall Committee; To review the work report and financial report of the Council; Decided to terminate.

2. The Committee

The Council is the permanent body of the Committee of the Whole, which leads the daily work of the club when the Committee of the Whole is not in session and is responsible to the Committee of the Whole. The Council is composed of chairman, vice-chairman, minister, deputy minister, team leader and assistant to the chairman, and makes decisions on the daily affairs of the club.

The functions and powers of the Council include: implementing the resolutions of the Committee of the Whole; Prepare for the meeting of the Committee of the Whole; Report to the Committee of the Whole on its work and financial situation; Decide to accept and expel members; To decide on the appointment and removal of the heads of subordinate departments of the Association; To lead the work of the Association; Formulate internal management system; Decide other important matters.

The club has a chairman and two vice-chairmen. The president leads the overall work of the association and is responsible to the Council and the National Committee; The vice president is responsible to the president, one is responsible for the actual combat department and the propaganda department, and the other is responsible for the external liaison department, the teaching department, the management association finance and various related applications. The chairman and vice-chairman of the club are elected by the whole Committee, and the letter of appointment is issued by the general branch of the School of Economics of Henan University. Their term of office is one year, and they may not be the main leaders of other societies, student unions and related student organizations. On behalf of the Institute, the President and Vice President attended the daily meetings of the School of Economics, the Federation of Associations and the Kaifeng Pangu Association. The vice president assists the president in managing daily affairs.

The President of the Association shall exercise the following powers: to convene and preside over Council meetings; Check the implementation of the resolutions of the Committee of the Whole and the Council; On behalf of the club, participate in the league work of the School of Economics and major meetings of the Federation of Associations, and sign relevant important documents; Issue personnel appointment and dismissal orders.

The vice-president of the association exercises the following functions and powers: presiding over the daily work of functional departments and organizing the implementation of annual work plans; Coordinate the work of various departments; Assist the president to handle daily affairs.

4. Minister

This club consists of the minister and deputy minister of the actual combat department, the minister and deputy minister of the planning department, the minister and deputy minister of the propaganda department, the minister and deputy minister of the international liaison department, the assistant to the president, and the minister and deputy minister of the teaching department.

Ministers and assistants shall exercise the following functions and powers: attend meetings of the Council; The right to speak, vote and be exempted from speaking at the meeting of the Council;

Responsible for the daily work of their respective departments; Cooperate with other departments; Obey the leadership of the board of directors, the president and the vice president.

1. actual combat department

The actual combat department consists of 1 minister, 2-3 deputy ministers and several team leaders. This department is mainly responsible for daily drum training. In principle, once a week, training in batches and time periods. All coaches of new members and old members must attend, and those who are absent for five times without reason will be treated as leaving the meeting automatically, and the written materials will be reported to the General Branch of School of Economics and Kaifeng Pangu Association for the record. The director of the actual combat department is responsible for training, and the vice president and president are responsible. The training work is basically completed by the end of 65438+February every year, and then I will participate in various large-scale performances of Brother College and Shang Yan in cooperation with the work of the International Liaison Department. The gifts and appearance fees obtained from the performance are distributed to each participating member, and the Council and other individuals have no right to deduct them.

2. Planning department

There is a minister under the planning department. This department reports directly to the president. Mainly responsible for planning and organizing major activities of the association and writing planning books. After the plan is written, it must be submitted to the board meeting for deliberation and signed by the president and vice president before it can be implemented. Members who join this department must participate in the interview, requiring active thinking, independence, strong writing skills and innovative ability. This department must cooperate with other departments at ordinary times.

3. Propaganda Department

The propaganda department consists of a minister and two or three deputy ministers. Divide into network group and blackboard group, and choose a person in charge each. The network group is mainly responsible for the construction, updating and management of the website and forum of the college students' drum association; Network publicity of major activities of the association; Collect and summarize the required information for the blackboard newspaper group; Establish contact with external networks, etc. The Blackboard Group is mainly responsible for the physical media publicity of the association's activities, such as posters, display boards and leaflets. 4. Outreach Department

The International Liaison Department has a minister 1 name and two or three deputy ministers. Mainly responsible for contact and negotiation with other clubs and student groups inside and outside the school, as well as sponsorship of major activities of clubs. It mainly includes: contacting clubs or student groups in our school and other schools, contacting domestic and foreign commercial performances, and sponsoring major events. Among them, Latin American sponsorship can be deducted 25%.

5. Teaching department

The teaching department consists of a minister and two or three deputy ministers. Mainly responsible for the teaching work of the Yellow River Youth Art Troupe and the cooperation with the securities industry association and the economic and trade society. Members participating in this department must have the spirit of hard work, patience and gentle attitude.

1. 2. If the punishment damages the reputation of the Drum Association or damages the public property of the Drum Association, depending on the seriousness of the case, it shall be given a warning, a demerit, and ordered to withdraw from the Association. Those who fail to hold a meeting or training for five consecutive times will be treated as automatically withdrawing from the meeting.
