Hainan University Library accepts donations.
In order to enrich the collection and provide reading materials for study and leisure. Hainan University Library warmly welcomes and sincerely invites teachers, students, alumni, social organizations and people from all walks of life to donate books, manuscripts and other documents. After the donated books are registered, the library will determine whether to collect them according to the relevant standards of the library on the principle of "making the best use of everything". The collected donations belong to the library of Hainan University, which determines the collection, storage and disposal methods according to the actual situation of the donations, and compiles them into the library's reader inquiry catalogue. For donations that do not meet the collection standards, the library will dispose of them in an appropriate way. Haida Library will express sincere gratitude to all donors (thank-you letters or commemorative certificates will be issued to those who request a reply, and corresponding donation ceremonies can be held for large and important documents).
