Dongchang College of Liaocheng University is a private college in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, China, and an application-oriented full-time undergraduate college approved by the people of China and the Ministry of Education. The school is an independent college approved by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education in April 2002.

In June 2005, Liaocheng University cooperated with Shandong Quanlin Group and was reconfirmed as an independent college by the Ministry of Education. In August 2005, Dongchang College of Liaocheng University merged with Liaocheng Education College and Liaocheng Teachers College to form a new Dongchang College of Liaocheng University. The school covers an area of 500 mu and has 348 full-time teachers, all of whom are selected by Liaocheng University to undertake the teaching work of the college.
