To apply for the qualification examination for doctors, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Having studied Chinese medicine with the tutor for five consecutive years, the diagnosis and treatment of certain diseases have unique methods, safe technology and obvious curative effect, and have passed the examination of the tutor;

(two) recommended by at least two Chinese medicine practitioners, and the recommended doctors do not include their instructors.
