On March 13, 2007, the library of Fuzhou University was approved by the Ministry of Education to become a novelty retrieval institution with ministerial novelty retrieval qualification, namely the Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Workstation (L22) of the Ministry of Education. Journals have won the first prize in the evaluation of journals of colleges and universities in Fujian Province.
