Founded by University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, together with nine world-class universities such as the University of Sheffield and the University of Leeds, it is a non-independent secondary college under the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.

Sino-British International College Campus is located in Fuxing Road Campus of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, with profound historical and cultural heritage.
