Xu Jingbo

Professor, deputy director of Japan Studies Center of Fudan University, and executive director of Japan Society of China. Engaged in Liang Shiqiu's research in his early years. Personal profile

Xu Jingbo, deputy director and professor of the Center for Japanese Studies at Fudan University, is the executive director of the Japan Society in China. Engaged in Liang Shiqiu's research in his early years. At present, his major fields are cultural relations between China and Japan and cultural comparison between China and Japan.

Born in Ningbo, Zhejiang, 1956 Shanghai. When I was a teenager, it coincided with the Cultural Revolution, and my school education was frustrated, just reading at random. 1September, 979, admitted to the Japanese Department of Foreign Languages Institute (now beijing language and culture university). 1983 After graduation, I worked in Shanghai Customs for two years. 1September, 1985, he was admitted to the Chinese Department of Fudan University and obtained a master's degree in the history of modern literary criticism in China. /kloc-0 graduated in July, 1988, with a master's degree in literature, and worked in Taigang Cultural Institute of Fudan University. During my graduate studies, I began to publish papers in Shanghai's Liberal Arts Monthly, Lin Shu and Hong Kong's Literary World. So far, I have published nearly 80 papers in Chinese and foreign languages in Journal of Fudan University and Journal of Japan.

1992 as an exchange researcher at waseda university in Japan 1 year. Since 1998, he has served as visiting professor, foreign professor and recruiting professor in Nagano University, Ehime University, Yamaguchi University, Kobe University, Toyo University and Kyoto University.
