I. Work Review and Summary
This semester is very tiring. We are the first person in charge of this youth volunteer service team, and we should say that we have great responsibilities and pressures, because this semester is led by inexperienced old members of our squadron, and we have taken over this year. Experience and deficiency
As the first planning minister of the Youth Volunteer Service Team of the Information Management Department, I am extremely proud, but naturally I feel a great responsibility. Second, the work prospects
In the new semester, our planning department will make a work plan and strive to achieve better results. We will seriously sum up the shortcomings and correct them. In view of this, we clarify our thinking and initially establish the next task:

Clarify and improve the functions of the activity planning department. The planning department is the core part of the whole young volunteer squadron. The development and planning of every activity can not be separated from the cooperation of the planning department. The tasks assigned by superiors should be "timely", "implemented" and "punctual". "Timely" means that the minister should analyze the task requirements and key difficulties of the activity in time, convey orders and notices in a timely, effective and correct manner, make specific arrangements for emergencies in time, and all members should make plans in time after receiving orders; "Implementation" means that all members will implement activities and complete them as required. No fraud, no opportunism; "On time" means to complete the task on time with the cooperation of all members of the planning department, so as not to delay or default.
(4) Detailed implementation of next semester's activity planning.
Systematize the work, formulate accurate general workflow and standards, make the work more systematic and easier to do, and divide the members of the department into "activity group", "planning group" and "program group", which are coordinated and unified with each other, so as to ensure clear division of labor and organic cooperation among each group.

Time flies, and a semester has ended in a blink of an eye. Looking back on this semester, the Youth League Committee of my grade, under the leadership of the Student Union and the General Branch of the Communist Youth League, successfully completed the assigned task. Even if the Youth Federation is not the main department, it can still better cooperate with the work of the Student Union. The following is a summary of the department's work this semester:
First, after the military training, the Youth Federation will apply for volunteer cards for everyone according to the requirements of the college, mainly responsible for registering the list and collecting fees. Although the notice was late, it was the weekend, and the registration time of students was not uniform, with the cooperation of the General Branch of the Communist Youth League and me, the list and fees were handed in in time.
Secondly, in the following time, in response to volunteer activities, the Youth Federation recruited eight volunteers in this grade to conduct volunteer education in Hu Quan, which was originally scheduled to be held on Saturday morning. However, because most students' computer courses are on Saturday morning, they are temporarily stranded.
3. During the sports meeting, the animation carnival held by the Academy of Fine Arts was a complete success, attracting a large number of students to enjoy it, including volunteers recruited by the Youth Federation. They were divided into 4 volunteers to explain and 40 volunteers to show.
4. Later, a large number of volunteers were recruited to serve the liberal arts exhibition held by the Academy of Fine Arts, with 40 volunteers. The exhibition lasted all day, especially some volunteers were busy until 8: 30.
