2. Supporting role mentality. Don't think that you are just a trivial member and have no influence on the unit. In fact, when many college students first entered the unit for internship, they started from the grassroots level, helped the leaders, gradually became familiar with the business processes and work routines of the unit, entered the role, and gradually integrated into the team from doing what they could for the unit team. From distributing documents, meeting notices, sorting out documents to finding information, proofreading, making meeting minutes, etc. We will gradually exercise and improve, and finally gradually complete the tasks assigned by the leaders independently.
