Binhai College (Nankai University Binhai College) is two colleges, not three.

Binhai College of Nankai University is a full-time undergraduate college sponsored by Nankai University and approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004. Nankai University and Tianjin Binhai New Area Government have jointly established a new model and mechanism, which is one of the Nankai series schools. Located in Tianjin Binhai New Area Central Higher Education Park.

The college now has 9 departments, including economic management, finance, foreign languages, law and politics, art, management science and engineering, computer science, electronic science, environmental science and engineering, covering 44 majors and professional directions in 7 disciplines, including engineering, science, management, economics, law, literature and art. At the same time, the college is also an enrollment unit for students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
