Campus cards look like IC cards, but they are different from IC cards. Campus card has a real-name registration system, which is one of the credentials for college students to verify their identity. All charges on campus can be traded through campus cards, such as eating in the canteen.

Campus cards are distributed to faculty, counselors and students free of charge. On campus, the "campus card" integrates the functions of work permit, library card, bus card, meal card, access card, wallet and passbook, and truly realizes "one card in hand, traveling all over the campus".

Technically, the campus card has been connected with the logistics management office (canteen selling rice, boiling water, taking buses, commercial consumption and other systems), the library (library automation management system) and the experiment center (computer room management system).

We are working with the Ministry of Personnel (human resource management system), the Academic Affairs Office (digital educational administration system), the Finance Office (financial management system) and the Student Affairs Office (student psychological consultation system) to study and demonstrate the docking mode.

All-in-one card has two purposes of campus consumption settlement and identity recognition, and will gradually replace campus documents such as catering cards, library cards/cards, computer cards and exam cards. The school gives the campus card the only means to settle the consumption of e-wallet on campus, and it is also the only medium for electronic identity identification in the campus information management system.

The function of consumption settlement means that cardholders can use campus cards to make personal consumption expenditures in places where POS machines are installed, and the campus card system can provide settlement services for consumption expenditures.
