Shenzhen University currently has two campuses, Xili Campus and Houhai Campus. Houhai campus has foreign languages college, economics college, literature college, information engineering college, electromechanical and control engineering college, etc. There are relatively new specialties such as medical specialty in Xili campus. School of Materials, School of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering, School of Life and Marine Science and Department of Medicine are in Xili Campus. Shenzhen University is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It is a comprehensive university approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government. Selected as a key construction university of high-level universities in Guangdong Province.
