1, "National College Students' Innovation Experimental Plan" is mainly aimed at full-time undergraduate students in the second and third grades. Applicants must have excellent academic performance, be good at independent thinking, have strong practical ability, have strong interest in scientific research, scientific and technological activities or social practice, have a certain sense of innovation and research and exploration spirit, and have the basic quality and ability to engage in scientific research. Applicants can be individuals or teams with 3-5 people in each team. Encourage interdisciplinary integration, encourage cross-faculty, cross-professional, joint declaration in the form of a team.

2. The project application must have a tutor with the title of subtropical high or above. Under the guidance of the teacher, students choose their own topics and design their own implementation plans. The research time of the project is generally 1-3 years. Usually, research topics mainly come from: (1) research topics that are organically combined with curriculum learning and extended from curriculum learning; (2) The open, exploratory and comprehensive experimental teaching has expanded the subject worthy of further study; (3) Combining with major research projects of the school, students can independently carry out research projects; (4) Students independently seek topics related to real life.

3. Project review. (1) The college conducts a preliminary examination and submits audit recommendations to the Academic Affairs Office. (2) A review team composed of experts from relevant disciplines and functional departments will review each project in the form of declaration review and public defense, and form a review opinion. (3) Publicize the evaluation results. After the publicity period, the selected projects will be submitted to the leading group and the principal in charge for approval and release, and the academic affairs office will register for the record.
