Shenzhen University authorizes Shenzhen University Pioneer Park Management Committee to lead and manage Shenzhen University Student Pioneer Park. The Pioneer Park Management Office under the CMC is subordinate to the Admissions and Employment Office and is responsible for the daily operation and management of the student pioneer park. The Pioneer Park will provide diversified extension services such as entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship information and enterprise consultation, and comprehensively cultivate the growth of students' entrepreneurial projects.

Shenzhen University established the Student Pioneer Park, aiming at promoting the spirit of innovation, cultivating entrepreneurial talents, improving the entrepreneurial ability and quality of college students, and exploring a new mode of promoting employment through entrepreneurship. The Student Pioneer Park will maintain close cooperation with relevant government departments and relevant intermediaries, actively coordinate policies, promote resource sharing, straighten out external relations, and provide excellent environment and services for students' entrepreneurial activities.
