Twenty-third associations to carry out activities, must be submitted in advance of the activity plan and funding plan, reported to the school Youth League Committee Association Department for approval.
Twenty-fourth societies that do not carry out activities for one consecutive semester shall be deemed to be automatically dissolved and their qualifications shall be cancelled.
Twenty-fifth intercollegiate activities must be applied to the Youth League Committee of the school two weeks in advance, and can only be carried out after approval.
Twenty-sixth organizations need extra fees, must apply to the school youth league two weeks in advance, and get the consent before they can be carried out.
Twenty-seventh large-scale activities of the school can be undertaken by the community, and approved by the community department of the school youth league Committee.
Twenty-eighth associations to run publications must be approved by the Communist Youth League. The content of community publications is subject to the responsibility system of the class teacher, that is, before publication, it must be audited by the class teacher of the school youth league Committee (school-level community) or the college youth league Committee (college-level community) before printing. Without permission, community publications may not be disseminated outside the school.
Twenty-ninth community funds are generally raised by the community through normal channels. For activities with strong academic atmosphere and great significance on campus, the Youth League Committee will give subsidies as appropriate.
Thirtieth associations in accordance with their own conditions through work-study programs and other forms of self-financing activities, must be approved by the Youth League Committee, and should report to the Youth League Committee on the income of funds.
Thirty-first club activities equipment must be properly kept, and accept the supervision of the school youth league committee. The purchase of expensive equipment by a community must be approved by the Community Department of the Youth League Committee.
