In May 2000, the former Chongqing University, chongqing jianzhu university and Chongqing Institute of Architecture merged to form the new Chongqing University. According to the situation of the original three schools, the school has re-established a new "Network Technology and Management Center", which has become a secondary business department directly under the school and works under the leadership of the principal in charge.
