Can electronic outpatient medical records be used for university transfer?
You can't. When students apply for transfer due to illness, they need to provide inspection certificates of transfer institutions and planned transfer hospitals. The inspection certificate shall be stamped with the special seal for disease diagnosis certificate, and the original medical records of the original hospital shall be provided. University transfer can not use electronic outpatient medical records, but provide paper medical records. Students should prepare complete materials needed to improve their academic records as required. Transfer in the province, with the consent of both schools, reported to the Provincial Department of Education College Student Affairs Office for the record. Inter-provincial transfer shall be filed with the education administrative department where the transfer school is located, and then filed with the education administrative department where the transfer school is located. Students can go through the formalities of suspension or acceptance only after the transfer school and the provincial education administrative department where the transfer school is located have put on record.
