In order to do a good job in organizing the registration of examination sites in Guangxi University, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the examination time

1, CET-4 time: June 10, 9: 00 ~1/20.

2. Time of CET-6: June 20th10, June 19, 15: 00 ~ 17: 20.

This CET-4 and CET-6 adopts the scoring method with full marks of 765,438+00, and there is no passing line. The reporting method is the report card.

Second, the registration conditions and requirements

1, level 4 registration

(1) Undergraduates who are studying or have finished College English (III) can sign up for CET-4.

(2) Graduate students and full-time adult students can voluntarily sign up for CET-4.

(3) Students who have obtained the CET-4 certificate or scored 425 or above in the previous CET-4 can take the exam again, but CET-4 and CET-6 cannot register at the same time.

2, 6 registration

(1) Undergraduates and full-time adult students who have obtained CET-4 certificate or scored 425 or above in previous CET-4 exams can apply for CET-6.

(2) Master students and doctoral students can voluntarily sign up for CET-6.

(3) Students who have obtained CET-6 certificates or scored 425 points or above in previous CET-6 exams can take the exam again, but CET-4 and CET-6 cannot register at the same time.

3. All applicants must submit their student number, ID number and a recent one-inch color photo 1 as required.

(1) In principle, the student number, name, ID number and electronic photos registered by undergraduate students are collected from the teaching management information system. If you need to fill the vacancy, it will be arranged by the academic affairs office.

(2) In principle, the student number, name and ID number of the graduate students in school shall be subject to the data list provided by the graduate office, and the graduate offices of each college shall organize the check as required; Postgraduates who register for the exam for the first time must submit a one-inch color recent photo 1.

(3) Full-time full-time adult students must submit a copy of their ID card and a one-inch color recent photo 1.

(4) All recent color photos submitted must be in accordance with the requirements of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, with a clear light blue background and a head portrait accounting for about 7/ 10.

(5) Those who lack ID numbers and photos will not be issued admission tickets.

4. Full-time adult students who apply to take the National College English Test must be on the relevant list provided by the College of Continuing Education.

5. All candidates must sign a letter of commitment for the integrity test, and those who have not filled in will not be issued an admission ticket.

Third, the registration method

1. All non-2009 undergraduate students who meet the registration requirements can log in to the teaching management information system for online registration: click "Activity Registration"->; "Online registration", carefully check the source information ID number and fill in the correct ID number (if the source information ID number is wrong, please bring your ID card to the academic affairs office of the college to change it); According to the list generated after online registration, registered students will pay fees at the academic affairs office of each college within the specified time.

2. Undergraduate students of Grade 2009 who meet the requirements of CET-4 are enrolled and paid by the Foreign Languages Department of the school, and no online registration is conducted; Undergraduate students of Grade 2009 who meet the requirements of CET-6 can log on to the teaching management information system for online registration.

3. All graduate students who meet the requirements for registration shall register at the graduate office of each subordinate unit within the specified time according to the professional level.

4. All full-time adult students who meet the registration requirements shall go through the registration formalities at the Academic Affairs Office 22 1 from April 6 to April 9.

Fourth, the registration time

The online registration time of undergraduate course is from March 22nd to April 5th, and the payment time is from April 6th to April 9th. Undergraduate and graduate students of 2009 will register from March 23rd to April 9th, and no supplementary registration will be made after the deadline. Please submit the application materials and classified registration statistics to the Academic Affairs Office before April 9.

According to the notice of the District Examinations Institute, the examination registration fee is charged according to the unified national college English test standard in Guangxi, in which the fee for entering the national college English Test Band 4 is 28 yuan/person, and the fee for entering the national college English Test Band 6 is 30 yuan/person (Guijiafei [2005] No.346), and the student registration fee is charged by each college according to the registration list.

Requirements for arranging application materials for intransitive verbs

1. All colleges, class teachers and study committee members are requested to do a good job in publicity and organization of registration, and all colleges should promptly and accurately inform all classes of students of relevant matters.

2. Undergraduate students must carefully check their ID numbers and photos when registering online; Those who fail to pay the registration fee after online registration are deemed to have given up registration and are not qualified for the examination.

3. Graduate students in school shall be checked by the graduate offices of various colleges, and the colleges shall submit the checked electronic registration materials to the Academic Affairs Office of the Academic Affairs Office.

5. According to the regulations of the examination organization department, once all the data are reported to the District Admissions Examination Institute, they are no longer allowed to be changed. If the candidate fills in the wrong information, the consequences will be borne by the candidate himself.

Seven, this exam arrangements for small languages (Japanese 4, 6, French 4, Russian 4, German 4, 6), small language exam plans to set up test sites in Nanning and Guilin, the specific arrangements are determined according to the number of candidates. The newly opened National College German Band-6 Test is aimed at students who have completed the German Band-6 Test.

Undergraduate students majoring in Japanese want to register for CET-4 and CET-6, and register and pay fees at the Academic Affairs Office of Foreign Languages Institute. Other students who want to apply for small languages, please bring their student ID cards to the Academic Affairs Office of the Academic Affairs Office from April 6 to April 8. Tel: 2 17. 8. According to the relevant regulations of the Admissions Examination Institute of the Education Department, without the approval of the Academic Affairs Office, students in our school are not allowed to take CET-4 and CET-6 in other schools, otherwise the school will not recognize their test scores.
