Established in 1994, Sydney Business School of Shangda University is one of the earliest Sino-foreign cooperative business schools in China. This project is jointly organized by Shanghai University (2 1 1) and Sydney University of Technology (QS World Ranking 140 or so).

Undergraduate is a business major, and there are two main learning modes, namely, 4+0 mode and 2+2.5 mode, and 4+0 mode means that students study in Shanghai University for four years.
