Cambridge University adopts the traditional college system. The college is a member of Russell University Group and Global University Presidents Forum. Known as "Golden Triangle Famous School" and "G5 Super Elite University". Cambridge University is the second oldest university in the English-speaking world. Its predecessor was an association of scholars founded in 1209.
Cambridge University is a member of British Russell University Group, Global Alliance of Advanced Research Institutes, International Applied Science and Technology Development Cooperation Network and Cambridge University Medical Partner Alliance, and has developed a "SiliconFen", a gathering place of science and technology. The exact date of the establishment of Oxford University cannot be verified, but the earliest teaching time clearly recorded in the archives is 1096.
