The Central Academy of Fine Arts, referred to as "China-US" for short, is an art college directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and a national "double-class" construction university. Its predecessor was the National Beiping Art Institute, and 1950 was renamed the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

2. China Academy of Fine Arts

China Academy of Art, hereinafter referred to as Gome, located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, is a national "double-class" construction university. Founded in 1928, it is called the National Academy of Fine Arts. In the same year, the Department of Chinese Painting and the Department of Western Painting merged into the Department of Painting. In 2002, Fine Arts was awarded as the only national key discipline in China.

Nanjing Art Institute, referred to as "Nanyi", is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It is the only comprehensive art college in Jiangsu province, the first of the six major art colleges in China, and the comprehensive strength of art disciplines ranks first in the country. The college has an Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in painting.
