The influence of field survival train on improving college student' psychological quality
On the basis of traditional training, field training is a kind of training method that endows the trained object with a special living environment. Its purpose is to create a special and arduous field environment, cultivate the spirit of hard work and teamwork of college students, and shape the quality of college students to meet the needs of social development from multiple levels. Through literature review and expert interviews, the current research on field training mainly focuses on two aspects, on the one hand, the impact on students' psychological quality, on the other hand, the impact on students' moral quality, while the reports based on the most basic physical quality are relatively few and scattered. The author hopes to have a more comprehensive interpretation of the knowledge of field training and college students' physique through investigation.

First, the development status of field training

At present, the field survival training undertaken by most universities or society is mainly divided into two aspects. On the one hand, it comes from the activities carried out by the school to stimulate students' interest in fresh sports and improve their survival skills, on the other hand, it comes from the fashion sense of society for outdoor survival training. Judging from the current domestic development trend, field survival training has developed rapidly in medium and large cities. According to data reports, the activity frequency of field survival training is increasing at an annual rate of about 35% in some developed areas and 25% in some medium-sized cities.

Second, the impact of field training on students' physical fitness

The similarity between field training and general training is that they have the same training purpose in training college students' physical quality, but the difference is that their training means and methods are slightly different. For traditional training methods, most training is based on one or more physical qualities. For field training, because of its special external environment, students are required to have good abilities in all aspects. However, field training is often not a simple single behavior, but a collection of various behaviors. In the whole process, multiple behaviors need to participate at the same time to successfully complete the whole training plan. For example, mountaineering, cross-country, swimming and other training methods not only require students to have good endurance, but also must master certain skills and good speed and strength in order to successfully complete training tasks, which can not be reflected in traditional training methods. Therefore, many experts and scholars have adopted a combined approach to the improvement of training methods. At present, the influence of field training on college students' physique is mainly manifested in:

(1) on basic physical fitness. Physical training is an essential part of any sports training, and field training is no exception. It is found that endurance, speed, strength, flexibility, agility and so on have been well improved for outdoor physical training. This kind of improvement is based on the natural environment of nature. This kind of training is an exogenous stimulus to the five qualities of the body at the same time, and finally makes the body function adapt and develop.

(2) the cultivation of social adaptability. The improvement of social adaptability is mainly manifested in mutual cooperation. For a special environment like the wild, players must learn to cooperate with each other if they want to avoid all kinds of dangerous environments and harsh conditions. Only by working together can they overcome the difficulties.

(3) Psychological endurance. Psychological endurance is one of the hot issues that college students pay attention to today. Students' psychological endurance is one of the qualities that students must have when they go to work in the future, and good psychological quality is the key to success. Field training requires students to have good adaptability in a changeable environment and constantly break through their psychological bottom line in the face of various difficulties, which requires students to have good psychological endurance, and field training can just make up for the shortcomings of traditional training.
