The Software College of Southeast University was established in 20001year1February, and it is one of the first 35 "National Model Software Colleges" approved by the Ministry of Education and the former State Planning Commission. In the spring and autumn of 2002, the college began to recruit undergraduate and graduate students majoring in software engineering. In 2007 1 1 month, Southeast University signed an agreement with Suzhou Municipal Government to establish Southeast University (Suzhou) Software College in Suzhou Dushu Lake Higher Education Park. The full-time postgraduate training of the college is conducted in the Software College of Southeast University (Suzhou), which is located in Suzhou Research Institute of Southeast University in Dushuhu Higher Education Zone of Suzhou Industrial Park.
