Students who entered the school before 2007 can get the diploma of independent college and the degree certificate of "parent college" after graduation, while the degree certificate of freshmen in 2008 who have been admitted to independent college since 2008, like the diploma, is issued with the seal of independent college.

This is because in the Measures for the Establishment and Management of Independent Colleges promulgated by the Ministry of Education on April 10, 2008, it is clearly pointed out that "independent colleges will issue independent college bachelor's degree certificates to qualified students". This means that since 2008, graduates of independent colleges can only receive degree certificates and diplomas stamped by independent colleges.

The German Academy of Capital Normal University mentioned in the title is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning with independent legal personality and undergraduate education approved by the Ministry of Education on May 9, 2004. Graduates enrolled in or before 2007 can obtain the graduation certificate of the German Academy of Sciences of Capital Normal University and the degree certificate of Capital Normal University. Graduates enrolled in and after 2008 will receive a bachelor's degree certificate from the German Academy of Capital Normal University and a bachelor's degree certificate from the German Academy of Capital Normal University.
