Full-time undergraduate courses (including four-year undergraduate courses and five-year undergraduate courses admitted through the general college entrance examination) are directly admitted through the college entrance examination, while the unified undergraduate recruitment refers to selecting outstanding students from college graduates of ordinary colleges and universities to continue their studies for two years, completing the required credits, issuing undergraduate education certificates and degree certificates, and issuing undergraduate employment registration certificates upon graduation.

Self-taught undergraduate course is an independent undergraduate course. Self-taught college entrance examination is generally called special edition, because its learning form is free, the time and major of applying for the exam are not limited, and the learning form is mainly self-study in spare time.

2. The nature of certificates is different.

Full-time undergraduate and unified recruitment undergraduate belong to the unified recruitment (unified recruitment) in the national plan and are included in the enrollment plan of ordinary colleges and universities in that year. The form of study is ordinary full-time, enjoying the same treatment as ordinary four-year undergraduate.

Self-taught undergraduate education belongs to the category of adult education, and self-taught undergraduate education belongs to part-time education. The social recognition of college entrance examination is higher than that of self-taught examination.

3. The admission conditions are different.

Full-time undergraduates are candidates for the college entrance examination, and the enrollment targets of unified recruitment are limited to excellent full-time college graduates. Different provinces, cities and schools have different regulations. Schools in some provinces and cities require CET-3 or above (CET-4 is required in Shanghai), and there is no record of failing. The reported major must be consistent with the major studied. Some provinces, cities and schools do not require this. For details, please refer to the policies of the provinces in that year. Undergraduate unified recruitment is limited to undergraduate colleges in this province, and it is not allowed to apply for examinations across provinces.
