Those who have obtained the national certificate of English level 3 or above, the certificate of English level 3 in Liaoning Province and the A-level practical English test in colleges and universities may be exempted from taking English test (2); Those who have obtained the national certificate of English level 2 or above, the college English level 2 in Liaoning Province, and the English application ability level B in colleges and universities may be exempted from English test (1). Holders of Liaoning College English Test Certificate must hold the corresponding graduation certificate before they can apply for exemption.

Eleven, the following circumstances can not be exempted from inspection:

1. Undergraduates and college dropouts in colleges and universities are not exempt from the exam.

2. All kinds of examination courses in colleges and universities are not exempt from examination.

3. Candidates who have changed their major without consent and have not gone through the transfer formalities cannot be exempted from the examination.
