There are two affiliated enterprises with independent legal personality, namely company and motorcade. It is one of the comprehensive grain and oil storage enterprises in the province, which integrates grain and oil storage, transportation, testing, food freezing, cold storage, marble processing, automobile transportation and automobile parts. After the reform of the grain management system, the grain depot conscientiously implemented the "three policies and one reform" in accordance with the spirit of grain reform in the State Council, and successfully realized the tasks of separation of main and auxiliary, separation of funds and personnel diversion. In enterprise management, we always adhere to the enterprise spirit of "being brave in pioneering, being realistic and innovative" and the service tenet of "customer first and reputation first", give full play to the role of grain enterprises as management channels in grain and oil management, and realize large quantities. Experience introduction:

First, carry out standardization activities in a down-to-earth manner and comprehensively improve the management level of enterprises.

Since the standardized management was carried out in 2005, our library has sorted out the working ideas, one theme a year, one step a year, and persistently put standardized management into the management of grain reserves and all the work.

(A) do a good job in the establishment of rules and regulations to lay the foundation for standardized management.

First, improve various systems so that all work has rules to follow. Combined with the actual situation of our library, we have formulated 70 systems and methods in warehousing, finance and administrative management, 44 job responsibilities and working standards, 39 technical specifications for scientific grain protection, inspection and testing, machinery and equipment, and 1 1 emergency plan and working plan, and compiled them into a book, so that all the work can be followed by rules and evidence.

The second is to formulate detailed implementation rules and strive to promote the refinement of all work. In 2006, on the basis of repeated discussions, we formulated the Detailed Rules for the Management of Lubei Reservoir, including eleven parts, including general rules, reservoir management, warehouse management, warehouse management, daily food management, food quality management, food machinery and equipment management, drug management, safety management, daily behavior management and supplementary provisions, with more than 2 1000 words and 75 schedules.

The third is to actively explore the management methods of all-staff assessment and constantly improve the incentive mechanism. Combined with the actual situation of our library, we have formulated the management measures for staff assessment, further clarified and refined the responsibilities of each post, and constantly revised and improved them in practice, striving to solve the problems of doing or not doing, doing more and doing less, and doing well and doing poorly. Through the implementation of full staff assessment, the post responsibilities and work enthusiasm of cadres and workers have been effectively mobilized.

(two) improve the facilities and equipment, and lay a solid foundation for the management of grain reserves.

First of all, all production, inspection and safety facilities are equipped with high standards. When our library was first established, it lacked facilities and equipment and could not meet the heavy rotation task. In this regard, with the strong support of the Provincial Bureau, we raised more than 500,000 yuan to purchase grain storage and transportation machinery and equipment such as air cushion conveyors, grain replenishment machines, grain unloaders and grain scrapers, and a 20-ton and 120-ton electronic scale each, equipped with testing equipment and places that meet national standards, ensuring the needs of grain storage and transportation.

The second is to increase investment in the maintenance and renovation of storage facilities. In recent years, the exterior walls, ladders, handrails and fire cabinets of all warehouses have been repainted, emphasizing the coordination and unity of colors; The facilities in the warehouse are uniformly configured according to the requirements of the provincial bureau, and the order and location of various grain storage facilities such as account cards and labor tools are standardized; In 2009, due to the aging of roof materials, in order to ensure food security in rainy season, we invested more than 2 million yuan to update all waterproof linoleum in the barn, and one third of the barn was insulated with magnesite board.

The third is to effectively strengthen the maintenance and renewal of safety facilities. In 2002, at the beginning of the grain depot's operation, we invested more than 200,000 yuan, installed electronic safety monitoring and infrared system on the external wall of the whole depot, set up a special monitoring room, equipped with staff on duty in turn, and conducted 24-hour electronic monitoring and video recording of the whole reservoir area. In 2009, we invested 65,438+more than 10,000 yuan to further repair and update the electronic monitoring facilities, and added three monitoring points on the basis of the original six monitoring points, which basically realized that there was no blind area in the reservoir area and provided a strong guarantee for the safety of our library.

(three) to master the new technology of scientific and technological grain storage and improve the level of green grain storage.

On the basis of full application of circulating fumigation, mechanical ventilation, computer grain detection and other systems, our library has always adhered to the 1+ 1 technical support project proposed by the provincial bureau, and has made technical cooperation with Henan University of Technology. Focusing on the principle of practicality, easy popularization and low cost, this library has carried out exploration and research in pest control, grain fumigation, energy saving and consumption reduction, and achieved remarkable results.

The first is the comprehensive application technology of stored grain pest traps and new attractants. In order to accurately monitor the species and distribution of pests in grain piles of high-rise bungalows and deeply understand the occurrence dynamics of pests, the scientific research team of our library, after a lot of experiments and explorations, combined pest traps with bait cores containing specific attractive components, which played a good role in attracting common pests in stored grain, and this technology has been popularized and applied.

The second is to implement energy conservation and emission reduction to reduce energy consumption in warehousing operations. In grain fumigation, the amount of fumigant decreased from 1.9g/m3 in 2007 to 1.4g/m3 at present, and the amount of fumigant decreased by nearly 30% on the premise of ensuring the fumigation effect. In the aspect of mechanical ventilation, when the stored grain is ventilated and cooled, the centrifugal fan with a power of 5.5kw is replaced by a high-power axial fan with a power of 2.2kw. On the premise of ensuring the ventilation effect, the total power consumption is decreasing. Replacing the fan model not only saves more than 40% of electric energy, but also reduces the moisture loss of stored grain during ventilation, which has achieved good economic benefits. In recent years, we have published 12 scientific papers in Qilu Grain. The small invention of grain storage invented by the staff of our library-four-in-one multifunctional probe and quick disassembly roller bearing seat, was popularized at the first forum on grain storage technology and management held by the Provincial Grain Bureau.

Second, strengthen staff training and strive to improve the quality of the team.

Our library always regards improving the comprehensive quality of employees and building a "learning" enterprise as.

Goals and objectives. First, always adhere to the "four-in-one" learning mechanism of collective learning, individual self-study, going out for training and practical exercise, formulate an annual learning and training plan, and carry out training on new knowledge, new technology and new laws and regulations in combination with the actual situation of our library, requiring all staff to learn notes of1.2000 words or more throughout the year. At the same time, employees are encouraged to participate in academic education and professional title examinations. In recent years, after continuous training and study, 13 storekeepers, 1 has obtained the certificate of national grain and oil storage technician, 1 has obtained the qualification of senior grain and oil storage clerk, and 7 have obtained the qualification of intermediate grain and oil storage clerk; Among the inspectors, 1 person has obtained the national certificate of grain and oil inspector.

Second, in the aspect of professional quality education, we insist on "Please come in and go out", and invite experts and professors from Henan University of Technology and grain and oil storage experts from the provincial bureau to give special lectures in our library to guide difficult problems. We also actively organized business backbones to study in advanced units in batches and achieved good results.

Third, carefully select and arrange the technical competition of provincial storage enterprises and the provincial skill competition organized by the provincial bureau, and carry out comprehensive training and special training in a targeted manner to promote competition and promote learning by competition. Won the first place, the second place, the top three storekeepers and the first place of quality inspectors in two provincial skill competitions respectively; In the second vocational skills competition of the grain industry in the province, the staff of our library won the first and second place in the career of the keeper and the first place in the inspector warehousing enterprise group; In this year's National Cereals and Oils Industry Skills Competition, there are three employees in our library, two comrades won the second prize, and another comrade also won the 26th place. Our library is the only unit in China where three players come from the same family.

It is not the ultimate goal to establish an advanced enterprise for standardized management of national grain and oil storage. We will take this opportunity, concentrate our efforts, constantly broaden the contents of standardized management, improve management methods, and push the management level of grain reserves in our library to a new level.
