Oxford University Press, established at the end of 15, is a department of Oxford University. The goal of Oxford University is first-class research, learning and education standards, and the publishing house promotes the realization of this goal through publishing activities around the world. Over the past 500 years, through high-quality research and publishing activities, Oxford University Press has developed into the world's largest university press that publishes more than 4,500 new books in more than 50 countries every year.

Oxford University Press includes academic department, electronic publishing department, education department and English teaching department. The academic department is responsible for publishing academic books of arts and sciences and some academic reference books with ClarendonPress logo. It is also responsible for publishing bibles, prayer books, magazines, music scores, college textbooks, Oxford English Dictionary, trade reference books, general non-fiction books and paper books. The Ministry of Education is responsible for publishing textbooks for primary and secondary schools, adult education books and children's books. The English teaching department is responsible for publishing teaching materials for English students all over the world.
