After more than ten years' development, the foreign language school affiliated to Guangdong University of Foreign Studies has been recognized by the society for its school-running level and English characteristics. It has been recognized by the Ministry of Education as one of the thirteen foreign language schools with the qualification of sending students, and one of the top ten private schools in Baiyun District of Guangzhou. Among the seven graduates who have already graduated, many students walked or were admitted to famous universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Foreign Studies University and Zhejiang University, and some students were admitted to famous foreign universities.

The school is the base school of the Education Experimental Research Association of China Education Society, and undertakes the key educational research projects of the Ministry of Education in the Ninth Five-Year Plan and the Tenth Five-Year Plan.

On June 5438+ 10, 2006, the school was supervised and accepted by the provincial school evaluation supervision team and approved as a "provincial" school by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education. The evaluation team stated in the Supervision and Acceptance Opinions that "the running level of Guangwai Foreign School marks the height and level of private education in our province", and the school "has entered a virtuous circle of high fees, high investment, high quality and high efficiency, and its running conditions have basically been modernized".
