Wenzhou University Business School was established in July 2006 on the basis of the integration of resources of former Wenzhou Normal University and Wenzhou University. At present, it is one of the larger secondary colleges of New Wenzhou University. Wenzhou University Business School has many years of school history. The former Wenzhou University established the Department of Economic Management1985; In 2000, the School of Management and the School of Economics (later renamed City College) were established. Wenzhou Normal University established the Department of Political Economy1995; School of economics and management was founded in 2003. In June 2006, New Wenzhou University merged to form a business school when integrating the educational resources of the two universities.
