Inner Mongolia Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College, located in Hohhot, is a public full-time institution of higher learning. It is one of the first batch of 35 national demonstration software vocational and technical colleges in China, and an autonomous regional demonstration vocational college.
The school was formerly Inner Mongolia Electronic School, which was founded in 1980. In 2003, due to the country's vigorous development of vocational education, the school was independently transformed into a higher vocational college, namely Inner Mongolia Electronic and Information Vocational and Technical College.
