According to the Notice on Basic Scores of Re-examination for Postgraduates' Entrance Examination in 20 16 issued by the Graduate School of our school, the re-examination scores of postgraduates majoring in engineering management in our school are as follows:

Third, the second interview arrangement

Reference book: Principles and Methods of Management, Fudan University Press, Wednesday Duo, Jia, editor-in-chief, or other management textbooks. Candidates can take 1 book (other paper materials are not allowed) and cannot use any form of electronic equipment.

Candidates take the entrance examination with the admission ticket and ID card.

2. Interview:

Time: 2016 March 19 (Saturday) afternoon1:30-5: 30;

Venue: Shanghai Jiaotong University Xuhui Campus Engineering Museum. Candidates should report to Room 209 of the Engineering Museum as scheduled. Please refer to the notice posted on the website for the location of each interview group.

For the interview time of each candidate, please refer to "Re-examination List and Interview Time Arrangement of 20 16 Graduate Entrance Examination of Engineering Management" (download). Candidates are requested to report 1 hour in advance according to the interview start time. Please be on time!

★ What you need to know and investigate in the interview:

(1) professional knowledge background and professional counterpart: understand the undergraduate major of candidates, the current work nature and the corresponding situation of the reported major, and investigate the knowledge base, knowledge and views of candidates on the reported major;

(2) Work performance: examine the job experience and current job situation of the candidate (position, title, current tasks and responsibilities, engineering background, etc.). ) and work performance (achievements, benefits, awards, articles, patents, project completion, etc. );

(3) Research plan and assumption: candidates' ideas and plans after entering the school: whether there are research topics, research directions or research assumptions related to the work content;
