Jilin Institute of Architecture and Technology is a private and non-profit institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was the Urban Construction College of Jilin Jianzhu University, which was established in June 2000. The school enrolls students nationwide, with full-time enrollment of 1 1000 students.
The school is located in Changchun, the capital of Jilin Province, and has two campuses, Xue Jian Road and Yingbin Road, covering an area of more than 800,000 square meters. Teaching and training venues and standardized apartments such as teaching building, laboratory building, library, gymnasium, swimming pool and cultural activity center have a total construction area of more than 450,000 square meters, with teaching and research instruments and equipment worth more than 90 million yuan, 840,000 paper books, 660,000 e-books, more than 350 Chinese and foreign periodicals and total fixed assets.
