2. If the household registration of the party concerned is linked to the real estate address of the parents, or even a household;

3. Whether the party is another household depends on the household registration address in the household registration book. If the house number and number of households are consistent with the original household (father), it is a household.

1. According to the Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC), household registration shall meet the following conditions:

1, I am an adult and financially independent;

2. There is no separation between husband and wife, minor children and parents;

3, do not live with the head of the household, have a separate house and a clear door, household and license address;

4, township, village, group agreed to household proof.

Two, if it is necessary to separate households, but also need to provide the following materials:

1, the village group agrees to the three-level certificate of household separation, which needs to be stamped with the official seal and the name of the agent;

2. Apply for entering the household in my own name, and provide the application certificate signed by me;

3, my house property certificate (rural housing approval form or real estate license);
