Have a degree certificate. The PLA Rocket Force Engineering University is the only military college in China that trains command and technical personnel for strategic missile units. Founded in 195 1, it is located in Xi City, Shaanxi Province and is known as the cradle of officers of China's strategic missile forces. It is a key construction institution of "2 1 10 Project" and one of the first units authorized by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee to award doctoral, master's and bachelor's degrees.
