Different levels, different regions and different arms have different retirement fees. Conscripts who retire from active service and choose their own jobs shall be given a one-time retirement fee in accordance with state regulations, which shall be collected by the local people's government at or above the county level in the place where they are placed, and may be given economic subsidies according to local actual conditions. According to the economic and social development, the state adjusts the standard of retirement fee in a timely manner.
Conscripts who have won the honor of class II or above in peacetime or class III or above in wartime during their active service, who belong to the children of martyrs, will be arranged by the local people's government at or above the county level in the place where they are placed after their discharge from active service; During the period of work to be arranged, the local people's government shall issue living allowance in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state; You can also choose to work independently according to your own wishes.
After discharged from active service, conscripts who are disabled due to war, duty or illness shall be properly placed by arranging work and supporting according to the disability level stipulated by the state; Those who meet the working conditions can choose to work independently according to their own wishes.
